PROJECT: ICENI ACADAMY ,COLCESTER
New ceilings and lighting to 4 existing classrooms the works consisted of :
- 240m2 of new ceilings in 4 classrooms using Armstrong Tatra tiles in 24mm exposed grid
- Install 9 new LED panel light fittings in each classroom
- Removal of old fluorescent light fittings
- Protection of existing floors during works
- Project value £ 6.5k
The works where carried out over 5 days during a half term break, ensuring no disruption to the school or pupils.
PROJECT: Broadway House , Wickford
The conversion of an un-occupied upper floor commercial premises to provide sixteen high quality residential one and two bedroom apartments.
Our works consisted of :
- Acoustic partition walls to separate apartments
- Internal partitions to apartments
- Suspended plasterboard ceilings to apatments
- Lining external walls with insulated plasterboard
- Installing fire rated plasterboard ceilings to all communal areas
- All plastering works
- Project value £ 180k
